Thermal Energy Management & Control
Suntrans Control™ innovative "Electrical Magnet Heating Cube" heat generator is the optimized green electricity local consumption, or electric power grid’s valley power dynamic loads, with the most economical energy storage function embedded with the AIoT hot water thermal production functions. The "Electrical Magnet Heating Cube" is a high-efficiency heat generator (more than 98%)that can provide high temperature (200 Celsius), high-pressure (1Mpa)heat anytime and anywhere (land occupying less than 1.5m2), or through board replacement, service HVAC, bathing, steam cleaning, laundry steam, and other heat.

Because the “Magnet Heating Cube’s” steam pressure vessel is less than the threshold of the inspection demand for special equipment, there is no need for inspection; electricity and its energy come from electricity, so it has zero emissions and zero pollution. The "Electrical Magnet Heating Cube" is small, covers only 1.5 square meters, does not need a unique site, and can directly supply net-zero-distance heating to the thermal demand side. Suitable for civil construction and industrial production, such as construction heating, medicine, food, chemicals, textile, printing and dyeing, environmental protection, and other fields.

3. Application Case
A 50 fls. Large Hotel in Guangzhou
The innovative AI intelligent large-scale air conditioning control technology for the first time in a large hotel urban complex in Guangzhou, the giant water cooling unit group is controlled by technical personnel into AI unmanned control, and the ultra-efficient AIoT system was realized (AI operation on July 1, 2020). The average EER for AI operation is more than 5.8 (International Ultra-Efficiency Standard EER>5.5) (EER is an air conditioning system energy efficiency ratio of 5.0 or above to be considered excellent and 5.5 or above to be defined as ultra-efficient).

It can be seen from the above figure that after Suntrans Control™ has reformed the air conditioning control room of the venue and hotel from a traditional man-controlled system to an AI-controlled system, the space required for the room is significantly reduced, a large screen is added to achieve visual management, and there is no need for real-time monitoring of on-site personnel to achieve unmanned AI control. The system has also been applied to a hotel in Guangzhou, Bio-Island. Suntrans Control™ designed the flexible, intelligent electricity distribution system to achieve extensive data collection, closed-loop intelligent control, accurate monitoring, reliable protection, and programmable control of the hotel's 275 luxury rooms and electrical load equipment. The modular management of complex customer control systems is adopted to realize vital electric intelligence, lightweight, digital energy management during operation, and BIM digital twin.
After completion, the two hotels transformed by the system were praised case by the Ministry of Environmental Protection as the low-carbon and energy-saving demonstration project of 2022.
